Thank you so much for booking a mini session with me. Below are a few things to notes before your session.

There is free street parking along Campbell Avenue, just south of the Mint Room Studios building. Please note that parking directly in front of the Clock Factory building has a one-hour limit on weekdays. If your photoshoot is longer than 1-hour Mon-Fri, we suggest that you park on Symington Avenue (west of Campbell), or on Campbell Avenue, south of Antler Street, or on Antler Street itself.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis and may be limited, along with detours and construction in the city to be accounted for. We strongly recommend that you arrive early to find a suitable parking spot.
Entrance: Once you enter please take the black staircase located at the end of the hall up to Unit 212 for Preto Loft which you will find on your left at the top of the stairs. Washrooms are down the hall to your right when at the top of the stairs.
- Please try to be 5-10 minutes early just in case you're not able to find a parking spot or you're running a little behind. Life happens and I totally understand that, but unfortunately due to this being a mini marathon, time being limited & other clients having scheduled times. If you do happen to be late, we will only be able to shoot for the remaining time you have left (ex. 10 mins late, you will have 10 mins of shooting time since the session is only a total of 20 mins)
- The remaining deposit of $155.38 must be paid the day of the session. I accept E-Transfer or cash. E-Transfer payments can be made to rosannalephotography@gmail.com
- The fee of $275.00(+HST) covers the following:
- 20 minute session
- Planning Assistance
- Studio Rental Fee
- 20+ Final images
**** Please note that there is a max amount of 6 people ($10/ additional person)****
If you're bringing you're planning on bringing furry friend,
the studio charges a $50.00 fee
- Turnaround time for the photos will be 2 weeks. You’ll receive a link to an online private gallery with the edited photos from the shoot, allowing you to download high-resolution photos.
- If you have a little one with you please bring a couple toys/drinks/snacks to keep them entertained! Kids run on their own schedule but I want to make sure they're as comfortable as possible.
